摘要 目的:观察不同浓度的过氧化氢(H2O2)对体外培养的正常人表皮黑素细胞增殖活性的影响。方法:建立正常人表皮黑素细胞体外培养体系,分别以0.05、0.1、0.5、1 mmol/L的H2O2作用于黑素细胞24 h,观察细胞形态学变化,并采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)还原法检测细胞活力。结果:正常人表皮黑素细胞经H2O2处理后,细胞存活率降低,且呈浓度依赖性。结论:H2O2有抑制正常人表皮黑素细胞增殖的作用。 Objective:To study the effects of different concentrations of H2O2 on proliferation of human epidermal melanocytes. Methods: Human epidermal melanocytes were cultured for 24h with 0.05,0. 1,0. 5,1 mmol/L H2O2 respectively. The morphological change of melanocytes was observed under phase contrast microscopy, and MTT reduction assay was used to determine the melanocytes viability. Results: Comparing with the normal controls, H2O2 inhibited the melanocytes viability with a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion: H2O2 could inhibit the proliferation of human epidermal melanocytes.
