摘要
目的：研究肝胆管或胰腺粘液性囊腺肿瘤的CT表现。方法：选取本院1989年1月～2002年6月间经手术病理证实的肝胆管或胰腺粘液性囊腺肿瘤12例，对其CT图像进行回顾性研究。结果：肝胆管囊腺肿瘤5例，其中囊腺瘤3例，囊腺癌2例；胰腺囊腺肿瘤7例，其中囊腺瘤4例，囊腺癌3例。钙化2例，腹腔及／或腹膜后淋巴结肿大2例，伴有其他脏器转移1例。结论：肝胆管或胰腺粘液性囊性肿瘤的CT表现具有一定的特征性，并为临床治疗提供指导。
Objective： To explore the CT diagositic value of cystic biliary tumors or cystic pancreatic tumors. Methods： 12 cases of cystic biliary tumors or cystic pancreatic tumors imagings of CT and clinical data were analyzed restrnspectively, all cases were confirmed by operation and pathologic biopsy in our hospital between 1989 1 and 2002 6. Results.5 cases were found in cystic biliary tumors. Among them include 3 cases of biliary cystadenooma, 2 cases of biliary cystadenocarcinoma. 7 cases were found incystic pancreatic tumors. Among them in dude 4 cases of pancreatic cystadenoma, 3 cases of pancreatic cystadenocarcinoma. Distal metastasis were found in 2 cases, metastatic lymph nodes were found in 5 cases. Conclusion：By CT scanning, the size of the tumor, its local extension and infiltration, its relation to the adjacent structures and lymph node metastases could be demenstrated. It has important value in preoperative planning.
