摘要
目的观察羊膜移植术在翼状胬肉手术中的作用。方法39例(41只)眼,翼状胬肉手术切除加羊膜移植,术后随访3-18个月,平均12个月。结果39例(41只眼),术后临床上均未见羊膜植入有排斥反应,全部存活。随访期内无翼状胬肉复发。结论羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉简单,疗效可靠。
Objective To observe the effect of fresh amniotie membrane transplantation for patients with pterygium. Method： Transplantation of fresh amniotie membrane were adopted 39 cases（41eyes）with pterygium. All the patients were followed--up for 3--18 months（mean, 12months）. Results： No acute rejection was observed after all amniotie membrane transplantation. All the grafts survived. No recurrence occurred in follow up period time. Conclusion：Transplantation of fresh amniotie membrane is a kind of simple and effective surgery for pterygium.
