摘要
研究了原料 KCl 中所含杂质 NaCl 和 MgCl_2对25℃时用硫酸铵与氯化钾反应制取硫酸钾的影响.研究指出,当原料中 KCl 与(NH_4)_2SO_4配料比为1:1(摩尔比)的条件下,在试验范围内改变杂质 NaCl 和 MgCl_2的含量,对 K^+和 SO_4^(2-)离子转化率影响不大,但当配料比小于0.9时,杂质 Na^+和 Mg^(2+)无论单独存在或共同存在于体系中,均使硫酸钾结晶区缩小,其中 Mg^(2+)离子的影响大于 Na^+离子对体系的影响.
The influence of impurities Na^+、Mg^(2+) in KCl on producing free-chloride potassium fertilizer by the reaction of potassium chloride with ammonium sulphate at 25℃ has been studied,The results show that in the range of the experimental impurities,the influence of impurities Na^+ and(or)Mg^(2+) on conversion of K^+ and SO_4^(2-) is negligible when KCl:(NH_4)_2 SO_4(mol)=1:1 However Na^+ and Mg^(2+) are presented either alone or combined,Crystallizing field of K_2SO_4 will be reduced.The influence of Mg^(2+) is greater than that of Na^+.
