自动检测系统广泛应用于各类产品的设计、生产、使用、维护等各个阶段,对提高产品性能及生产率、降低生产成本及整个生产周期成本起着重要作用。首先介绍了自动检测系统的组建结构,包括自动检测设备、测试程序集、相关的软件开发工具,以及自动检测系统组建中应用的关键技术。其次详述了自动检测系统中的干扰因素,包括内部干扰和外部干扰两个方面。
Automatic test system has found an increasingly wide utilization in productive process of products, which include design, product,application and maintain. It has major affection on raising properties of products, production efficiency, reducing production costs, production cycle costs. The framework of automatic test system has been introduced, included automatic test equipment and test program set and software development tools. The key - tech of building - up of automatic test system has been introduced. It also discussed the interference factor that from internal and external cause in automatic test systerm.
