摘要
本文报道我院妇产科和烧伤科共同协作，在门诊于1992年2月初至1995年4月底，采用CO_2激光离断子宫颈息肉根蒂配伍MEBO纱条上药的方法，共治疗子宫颈息肉门倒，获得了一次性治愈的满意效果，治愈率为100％。笔者认为：本法水中病人不感任何痛苦，无出血。未毕配伍MEBO纱来贴敷根蒂残端之灼焦创面，可保障灼伤创面无感染，使创面下残存的有生机上皮组织按生理性地进行修复，愈合无废痕。临床效果可靠，无副作用，经随访半年，无复发，颇值妇科临床进步推广使用。
By joint efforts of our two department, 61 casesof cervical polpus were treated with MEBO in combi-nation with laser surgery. MEBO ribbon gauze wasapplied after excision of polpus with laser. All the pa-tients heaIded by one treatment only. The curativerate was 100%. This method is very reliable and sim-pIe. The patients had no pain and no bleeding. MEBOpromoted the physiological repair of the surviving tis-Sue in the wound and prevented bacterial infections.The wounds heaIed without scar formation. After fol-lowed up for half a year, no recurrence was found.
