摘要
本文从实验和理论两方面阐述了远红外技术在烘烤黄花中应用的可行性和有效性,并测定了烘烤工艺过程中一些重要参数。
The feasibility and effectiveness of the application in the baking day lily by using far infrared technology have been discussed theoretically and expe- rimentally in this paper.Some important parameters in the baking process have also been determined.
