摘要
目的探讨眼内容物摘除后自体巩膜遮盖羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术的临床效果。方法自2000年2月-2005年5月,62例自体巩膜遮盖羟基磷灰石义眼座植入,Ⅰ期植入48眼(77.42%),Ⅱ期植入14眼(22.58%)。结果随访3月-4年,2眼义眼座暴露,经保守治疗有效,其余效果满意。结论眼内容物摘除后自体巩膜遮盖羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术,符合生理状态,减少义眼座排出。
Objective To study the effects of orbital hydroxyapatite（HA） implantation after evisceration. Methods 62 eyes of 62 patients were performed HA orbital implant . 48 cases were implanted in the first period, the other 14 eyes were implanted in the second period. Results The follow-up period was from 3 months to 4 years. Two cases had HA orbital implant exposure. After the treatment, all patients were recovered. Conclusion Implantation of HA with foreside autosciera covering after evisceration has good effect and less rejection.
