摘要
利用DEFORM软件对气门热挤压预成形过程和终锻成形进行了模拟,并进行了工艺实验,得到了两个工步中的变形和模锻载荷等详细信息和变化规律,为气门热挤压精锻成形提供了理论依据。
With process simulation of hot extrusion preform and final forging by using Deform and technology experiment, information about deforming and load on the dies and how they change has been obtained,resulting in theoretic basis for hot extrusion process of automobile valves.
