摘要
介绍HRB400钢筋的技术要求和工艺流程,通过分析铌微合金化工艺对成品HRB400热轧带肋钢筋性能的影响,确定冶炼和轧制控制要点。检验结果表明:在钢中添加微量铌或钒元素可形成碳化物、氮化物、碳氮化物,通过细化晶粒和二次析出,对钢筋的力学性能产生强化作用,可以达到400 MPa级。
To introduce technology requirement and process scheme of HRB400 rebar. Smelting and rolling control points are ensured through analyzing effect of Nb micro-alloyed process on property of finished HRB400 hot-rolling rebar. Test result shows that carbide, nitride, carbonnitride can be formed adding trace Nb and V element. Fining grain and secondary separating out can strengthen mechanical property of rebar and make it up to 400 MPa grade.
