摘要 目的查找该例人禽流感病例的感染来源。方法调查病例的发病、就诊、暴露等情况,医学观察密切接触者。结果病例所在村落从2006-03-05起出现病死禽现象。病例发病前1周有病死禽及其分泌物或排泄物接触史。病例标本H5N1亚型禽流感病毒核酸阳性,并分离出H5N1亚型禽流感病毒。结论在禽间无明确禽流感疫情的情况下,人间仍可出现病例,可能通过接触污染的环境或吸入被污染的扬尘导致感染。 Objective To find out the source of the Avian- human Influenza infection case. Methods The following aspects of the case were investigated, which include the process of falling ill, treatment, exposure and so on. People who closely contacted with the patient or died avian were observed. Results Since March 5th, a lot of fowls died in the country where the patient lived. The patient had touched the died avian and its secretion or egesta before falling ill. And avian influenza H5N1 virus was found in the case'ss sample. Conclusions The patient was infected by touching the died avian and its secretion or egesta.
