摘要
采用问卷法评估２００例精神分裂症患者与１２０例健康人的行为类型。结果显示，精神分裂症患者以Ｂ型行为多见。对Ａ型与Ｂ型行为患者在临床上差异进行比较，结果表明，Ａ型行为患者具有起病晚而急，阳性家族史较少，社会心理因素明显，临床表现以敌对猜疑等阳性症状多见。
bjective:To study the relationship between type A behavior and schizophrenia.Method:200 schizophrenic patients were evaluated with the “Type A Behavior And Personality Questionaire”(TABPQ).120 healthy persons served as a control group.Results:Most schizophrenic patients exhibited type B behavior.Differences between patients with type A and B behavior were examined.Later and acute onset,less positive family history,more significant psychosocial factors were more common in schizophrenic patients with type A behavior.Hostility,suspicion and other positive symptoms were also more common in these patients,who responded to treatment better.Discussion:Type A behavior was significantly lower in schizophrenic patients(25 5%) than normal persons,while type B behavior(55 3%)was significantly higher.Patients showed lower total TABPQ scores and “TH”and “CH”factor scores.This suggests that people with type A behavior might be less likely to suffer from schizophrenia.The findings also indicate thet type A or B personality characteristics could be related to the onset,symptoms,treatment response,course and prognosis of schizophrenia.Clinical and social implications were discussed.
