摘要
以氧化铝和硅酸钠为骨架的铝硅源、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为模板剂,用水热法合成超大孔MCM-41分子筛,并对合成过程的主要影响因素进行了考察,结果表明晶化温度过低,形成MCM-41分子筛速度慢,温度过高,会破坏模板分子之间形成胶棒的内聚力。形成MCM-41分子筛还需适当的CTMAB/H2O、碱度、H2O/SiO2等条件,否则会降低结晶度甚至于生成其它杂晶。
An ultra-large pore zeolite designated as MCM-41 was synthesized by hydrothermalmethod with water glass as silica source, alumina as aluminum source and C16H33(CH3)3NBr (CTMAB) astemplate, and the synthetic conditions were investigated. The results showed that the crystallinity depended on the crystallizing temperature, time, alkalinity and H2O/SiO2 ratio as well as CTMAB/H2O ratio.Lower temperature resulted in slower reaction rate, and too high crystallizing temperature might destroythe formation of micella. Besides the proper synthetic temperature, the favorable pH was in the range of 9to 11. Other parameters such as Si/Al, H2O/SiO2 and CTMAB/H2O ratios also influenced the crystallinity.
