摘要
在油气田的勘探、开发中,常遇到一些低压易漏层,漏失井注水泥是在并下地层漏失或易漏失的情况下进行的固井作业。它具有水泥浆易漏失,导致对产层的损害;液柱压降引发井涌或井喷;水泥浆返高不够,不能封隔目的地层的特点。因此只有采取相适应的配套技术,才能确保漏失井注水泥的成功。文中介绍了在现场实际中针对不同情况的井下漏失,漏失井的特点,要求,注水泥的技术关键,固井设计,注水泥方案,水泥浆体系设计的选择。对提高漏失井固井质量有一定的指导意义。
Cementing is a kind of well cementing operation done when leakage occures in the formation,it has some disadvantages, such as the easy leakage of cement slurry will cause the damage of payzone;the pressure drop of liquid column will bring out kick and blowout;and the short back height of cement slurry can't pack the target zone,so it's necessary to adopt appropriate technology to ensure the success of well cementing.In this paper,the characteristics or requirements of absorption wells, the key technique and program of cementing,and the selecting of cement slurry are introduced.
