摘要 水煤浆技术是第一次石油危机以来,世界各国研究开发的一种新型洁净煤技术。经过实验室、中试和工业试验,已进入商业性大规模工业应用阶段。中国的水煤浆技术,已通过了25万t/a浆厂和230t/h炉72h运行试验。燕化公司的外部环境和内部条件,基本具备采用水煤浆技术的可行性。建设一个百万吨级水煤浆代油系统示范工程,压缩动力烧油50万t/a,但在资金、铁路运输、环保、水指标等方面存在很大困难。 CWM technology is a new type of clean coal technology developed by many countries after the first oil crisis of the world. After laboratory ,pilot and industrial tests,it has come into the stage of large scale commercial and industrial applications .A test on 250,000t/a slurry plant,230t/h heater with Chinese CWM technology for 72 hours operation is successful .Either external environment or internal conditions of BYPC are basically ready for adopting the CWM technology.So we intend to set up a 1,000,000t/a CWM demonstration system in order to save 500,000t/a oil.However,it is very difficult for us to get it for fund,railway transportation,environment protection,water quality etc. .Only when we get cooperation with and support from the government at all different levels, can we realize our plan.
