摘要
补贴和反补贴措施对国际贸易均会产生一定的影响,而各成员在适用国际反补贴规则时所涉及的法律问题值得探讨和研究。
The Subsidies and countervailing measures all affect the international trades. It is worthwhile to study and research the legal problems in the process of the members＇ application about international countervailing rules.
