摘要
目的筛选50%硫酸镁溶液的防腐剂。方法比较五种防腐剂在50%硫酸镁溶液的溶解情况以及防腐效果。结果在抑菌浓度范围内,度灭芬在50%硫酸镁溶液中溶解完全,防腐效果佳,苯甲酸次之。结论度灭芬作为50%硫酸镁溶液的防腐剂,效果最好。
Objective To pick the best antiseptic agent in the 50% Magnesium Sulfate out of 5. Methods To compare the solution and antiseptic effects of 5 different antiseptic agents in the solution of 50% Magnesium Sulfate. Results In the range of anagocytic concentration, Domiphen Bromide completely dissolves in the solution of 50% Magnesium Sulfate , and have a great antiseptic capability. Benzoic Acid is the second best agent out of 5. Conclusion Domiphen Bromide is the best antiseptic agent in the solution of 50% Magnesium Sulfate.
