摘要
目的了解子宫全切病人的术前心理状况,探讨对此类病人的有效心理干预。方法用Zng氏SAS心理卫生量表对80例行择期子宫全切术病人进行测试。结果大部份病人均出现不同焦虑心理反应,经过心理干预后,病人能解除心理压力,轻装上阵,并且发现焦虑心理反应与其年龄、文化程度有关。结论手术前对有焦虑心理反应的病人进行针对性心理干预是很有必要的。
Objectives TO study the psychologic conditions of patients who will receive total hysterectomy before the operation and discuss the effective mental intervention to this kind of atiients. Methods Using zng＇s SAS psychological healthy measuring scale to test 80 patients take selective operation of total hysterectomy. Results Most patients emerge different anxious reactions, but after the mental intervention, the patients could relief mental stress, furthermore, we discover that the anxious reaction is concerned with the age and culture degree. Conclusion it＇s necessary to give mental intervention to the anxious reaction patients before the total hysterectomy.
