甲氨蝶呤+复方米非司酮联用治疗异位妊娠的观察及护理 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨适合药物治疗异位妊娠的护理措施。方法对45例异位妊娠使用甲氨蝶呤+复方米非司酮(是由米非司酮和双炔失碳酯组成的复方制剂)治疗异位妊娠的观察及护理。结果45例异位妊娠患者中43例药物治疗成功,2例不成功改行手术治疗。结论药物治疗异位妊娠过程中,积极配合医生密切观察病情,加强心理护理,正确用药护理和做好药物不良反应护理等是保证治疗成功的有效措施。
