摘要
为了强化并提升企业核心竞争力,首先必须科学地评价企业核心竞争力。本文基于对企业核心竞争力内涵、特性的界定,分析了其决定因素,构建了其决定模型,提出了其评价原则,设置了其评价体系,研究了进行模糊综合评价的可行性,建立了模糊综合评价的数学模型,并对一大型国有企业进行了评价实证。
For strengthening and upgrading the core competitive capacity of enterprises, the chief task is to scientifically evaluate the core competitive capacity of enterprises. Based on the decision on the meaning , characteristics of the core competitive capacity of enterprises, this paper has analyzed its decision elements , built its decision model , put forward the principle of evaluation, assumed the evaluation index system, investigated the feasibility of carrying through fuzzy synthesis evaluation, established the mathematics models for fuzzy synthesis evaluating the core competitive capacity of enterprises, evaluated a large state enterprise, and provided demonstration.
