摘要
以Pro/E w ildfire2.0为开发平台,以圆锥齿轮为研究对象,利用关系式约束的空间曲线,以旋转、扫描混合及镜像、阵列等方法创建圆锥齿轮实体。并以Pro/Program模块为开发工具,进行圆锥齿轮的三维参数化造型程序设计,用户根据人机交互界面的提示,输入相关参数,即可自动生成圆锥齿轮的三维实体,从而缩短产品的开发周期,提高设计效率。
Taking Pro/E wildfire2.0 as development environment ,taking conic gear as the research object, the author makes use of the variable section sweep and slice method ,the entity of the worm is attained then, taking the Pro/program as the development tool, the 3D -solid parameterized design for the conic gear is attained. Input some basic parameters of the conicgear, the strict 3Dsolid of the conic gear is autogenerated. So it can shorten the period of development and improves the efficiency.
