摘要
分析新型LW 600X1500卧螺离心机过程中出现的支撑转鼓轴承损坏的问题,针对该问题,提出改进卧螺离心机支撑转鼓轴承设计的具体方法,对选择轴承类型、计算轴承受到的径向力和轴向力、计算轴承最佳径向间隙、设计轴承的润滑结构及选择润滑脂等给出理论依据和详细的设计方法。此方法也可作为其它类型卧螺离心机轴承设计的参考。
This article introduces the problem of damage to bearing, which emerged when a corporate designed and manufactured model LW600×1500. In view of this problem, the author proposes some practical measures in the design of bearing. The author not only analyzes in very great detail but also provides theories in many aspects, such as choosing the type of bearing, calculating the radial and axial force which the bearing receives, calculating the best radial clearance of the bearing, designing the structure of lubrication and choosing lubricant. The method can be used as a reference when we design other types of horizontal decanter screw centrifuge.
