摘要
针对锥体零件和工具锥柄加工中出现的调整复杂,精度低的困难,采取将弧度(rad)值进行函数处理,化解成简单的计算式,用精密直线光栅尺测量。此方法适用于加工任意长度锥度的锥体零件。
Aimed at the artifactitious problem of cone part and implemental prick handle, decompose rad into simple calculation equation with function, then measure with high - precision linear encoder. The method can be the same with processing cone part of any length and prick degree.
