为保障机械产品的质量,测量工序是必不可少的,在常规测量过程中,大多数都需要手工进行零件的安装和拆卸,大大影响了效率。介绍一套自动化程度较高的检测与分选系统,主要内容包括测量原理、整体布局和自动上下料机构的实现,系统的工作过程和控制流程等。
In order to guarantee the quality of mechanical product, measuring working procedure is needed. Finding the parts＇ installation and disassembly are implemented by hand in most routine measurement. The author recommends a measuring and sorting system with high automatization. The primary content includes the principle of measuring, the whole layout, the realization of feeding and removing mechanism, working process and the controlling flow chart.
