摘要
研究锡元素在微合金灰铸铁中的行为,揭示其影响铸件残余应力的机理。实验表明,含锡微合金灰铸铁不仅可使铸件机械性能最佳,稳定在HT250水平以上,满足缸体生产的要求,且通过配合采取其它工艺措施,还可降低铸件残余应力,与HT-250灰铸铁相比,降幅可达24.6%。
The action of tin dement in minute alloy cast iron were studied and its mechnnisation of affect residual stress were announced in this paper. Test results show that minute ahoy cast iron of contain tin can not only raise mechanical properties of casting,come up to HT250 standards,meet the needs of cylinder casting production, but also take fitly other technology measure,24.6 per cent residual stress of casting can be reduced than HT250.
