摘要
采用改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗80例90眼慢性泪囊炎，并经1～9年，平均3.88年随访，显效94．5％，有效3．3％，无效2．2％。认为改良泪囊鼻腔吻合术效果肯定，适应症宽，值得推广。
The author treated 90 eyes of 80 cases suffering from chronic dacryocystitis during the period from 1986 to 1994. Making inquiries of these cases respectively from 1st to 9th year(an average of 3. 88 years) after the ophthalmic surgeries, 94.5 % distingushed effect rate, 3.3% effect rate and 2. 2% ineffective rate were discovered. It is considered that the medified dacryosthorhistomy would be worth populariation in clinical due to it's positive effect and wide range of indication
