摘要
医院感染的监控是医院质量的重要组成部分。我院以临床药学介入路径作为医院感染流程化进阶管理的关键流程,通过一年多的流程再造和持续改进,临床合理使用抗菌药物水平得以提高,院感率下降,送检率升高。
The inspect and contral of nosocomical infection （ NI ） is an important component of hospital quality . By means of clinical pharmacy intervene route which regards as key process of hospital Improving Management of Hospital Business Process in our hospital, through process reconstruction and sustain improving over one year , the level of rationaliazing antibiotics in clinical was improved, the rate of NI decreased, the rate of delivering test ascended.
