摘要
利用光学沉降扫描仪测定了常用的几种钻井液处理剂对固相粒度分布的影响。实验结果表明,处理剂80A51、PAC141、HPAN对土般土及明化镇地层土均有不同程度的絮凝作用,而Na2CO3、FCLS、NaK等处理剂对土及明化镇地层土具有强烈的分散作用,同时还研究了不同体系钻井液的固相粒度分布,为提高钻井速度、保护油层提供了一些基础资料。
Influence of several mud treating agents in common use on the particle size distribution of solid phase indrillung fluids influence by common drillins fluids was determined with Scanning-Photo-Sedimentograph. It showed thatboth the bentonite and Minghuazhen formation soil were flocculated in various desrees by mud treating agents 80A51PAC141 and HPAN; and were dispersed intensely by mud treating agents Na2CO3, PCLS and NaK. Particle size Wistribu phase in different drilling fluid systems were studied at the same time which provided some foundamentul inforfor increase in drilling speed and reservoir protection.
