摘要
地震是云南主要自然灾害之一，它制约了云南经济和社会发展，给云南国民经济带来严重冲击。本文研究了云南地震灾害的基本情况，着重分析了１９５０年以来地震对云南国民经济的影响。自１９７０年以来，云南发生的通海、昭通、龙陵和澜沧－耿马四大地震对国民经济的影响最大，通海地震经济损失占当年全省国民生产总值的７．５％，而澜沧－耿马地震则达到７．６％。作者认为，防震减灾工作要做在地震发生之前，如果用国民生产总值的１％来进行抗震加固，就能使地震灾害经济损失下降３个百分点。
Earthquake is one of the major natural disasters in Yunnan which greatly curbs the development to Yunnan's economy and society, and brings severe lashes to Yunnan's national economy. Basic earthquake disasters recorded ever since have been studied in this paper. Impacts of earthquakes to Yunnan's national economy since 1950 are emphatically analysed. Toughai, Zhaotong, Longling and Lancang - Gengma great earthquakes had brought most severe impacts to Yunnan's national economy. Economic losses caused by Toughai earthquake accounted for 7. 5% of Ytunnan's GNP at that year while Lancang - Gengma earthquake amounted to 7 .6% of GNP. The author thought that earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction should be done before earthquakes, earthquake economic lossess would have decreased to 3% if 1 % of GNP were used to reinforcement.
