摘要
青年教师是当前高校教师中最富有活力和创新精神的群体,他们的价值观不仅关系到自身的发展,而且关系到学校的办学方向和当前大学生的健康成长。文章通过对台州学院等八所地方性高校的青年教师进行问卷调查,从人生观、道德观、社会观、职业观、生活观等方面,对青年教师的价值观进行了分析。
Young teachers are currently the most vital and innovative among teachers in colleges and universities. Their values have a direct bearing not only on their own development, but also on the direction of school running as well as the healthy growth of college students at present. It is of a comparatively big realistic significance to make a study of the current values of young university teachers. Through an investigation in the form of questionnaires of the young teachers in 8 local universities, including Taizhou University, this paper has carried on an analysis of the values of young teachers with regard to outlook on life, moral concepts, view on society, view on occupation and view on life, etc.
