摘要
农村社会转型、农村发展和减少农村贫困是实现城乡和谐发展的重要目标。要实现这一目标,就必须改革农村教育,发展农村高等教育并建立农村高等教育体系。
The economic development and poverty reduction in rural areas are commensurate with the goal of harmonized urban and rural development. To this end, a reform must be carried out in education in the rural areas, and higher education must be developed there with a sound system.
