重组人白介素6对SW872脂肪细胞促酰化蛋白分泌的影响 被引量:1

Effect of recombinant human interleukin-6 on the secretion of acylation-stimulating protein in SW872 adipocytes

摘要 体外培养SW872细胞,油酸诱导其分化为成熟的脂肪细胞,然后加入重组人白细胞介素6 (IL-6)观察其对SW872成熟脂肪细胞促酰化蛋白(ASP)分泌的影响。结果显示0.6mmol/L油酸刺激72 h能成功诱导SW872前脂肪细胞分化为成熟的脂肪细胞;IL-6对SW872成熟脂肪细胞ASP的分泌具有明显的抑制作用,且表现为时间和剂量依赖效应。 SW872 cells were cultured in vitro with oleic acid and differentiated into mature adipocytes. The role of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the secretion of acylation-stimulating protein (ASP) in mature SW872 adipocytes was observed. The results suggested that IL-6 significantly inhibited ASP secretion into the media in a dose- and time-dependent manner in mature SW872 adipocytes .
