摘要
本文讨论并设计了多级升温保温微机控制系统的硬软件。在过程量输出通道上采用了SCR过零触发器。用软件实现了温度实时显示,采样控制以及工艺曲线的控制功能。
The paper presents and disscusses both hardware and saftware contyolmethods for the multi-step temperature increasing and retaining of an elect-rically heated furnace The power of the furnace is controlled by a zero-trigger silicon controlled circuit software is composed of temperature dis-play, temperature control and time recording of temperature retaining.
