摘要
本文提出了一种测定锰的快速方法。锰(Ⅱ)在强酸性溶液中,被铋酸钠氧化成为高锰酸根而显色。纳530此时,在米的波长下用分光光度法测定锰的含量。此法与传统的过硫酸铵氧化法相比较,具有简便、快速,耗费试剂少的优点,其最佳测定范围是2微克/毫升。测定的结果与使用络合滴定法相一致。
A rapid method was developed for the determination of manganese,Mn(Ⅱ)is Oxidated to Mn(Ⅶ) and developing color by sodium bimuthateby spectrophotometry in 530nm. this method compared with tradi tionalammonium peroxydisulfate one,It has advantages of simplicity, rapidity andlowcost. Optimum determine range is 2-20ug/ml. the results were in agree-ment with those of complexic titration.
