摘要
围绕激光CT技术在柴油机喷雾测试上的应用进行研究,开发了一套柴油机喷雾的激光CT测试系统.应用脉冲激光和CCD摄象机的特性,将柴油机喷雾图象实时采集到计算机图象处理系统上.最后,对135柴油机喷嘴的冲突喷雾进行了测量,用ART重建了三维喷雾图象,实现了燃油喷雾内部构造的可视化和三维相对浓度分布的测量.
This paper describe's the application of LCT (Laser Computed Tomography) to diesel spray research. An experimental system is developed and the relevant problems are discussed.Utilizing the characteristics of ruby laser and CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) video camera, the transient impinging spray images ate grabbed by the digital image processing system in real time. ART (Algebraic Reconstruction Technique) is used to reconstruct the impinging spray images of a 135 diesel nozzle. The three dimensional 'relative concentration of diesel spray is measured, and visualization of the internal structure of impinging spray is realized.
