摘要
对微机控制的轿车车身焊装线用螺柱焊ＩＧＢＴ逆变电源进行了研究。在介绍硬件电路和软件系统基础上，具体讨论了螺柱焊电源波形控制的实现方法，实测了电源的输出电压和电流波形，并做了焊接工艺试验。
A microcomputer controlled IGBT converter for stud welding in the manufacture of car body has been developed.On the bas is of introduction to the hardware circuit and software system,this paper discussed in detail the realization method of the waveform modulating.The output waveforms of current and voltage from the converter were actually measured and some welding experiments were conducted in this study.
