摘要
合成了5-羟基-2-磺酸基-4’-硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(HSDAAN),并研究了其与镍的显色反应。结果表明,在pH10的四硼酸钠缓冲溶液中,表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,镍与HSDAAN形成1:2的红色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于528nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.52×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1;25mL溶液中,镍在0~15μg范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于合金中镍的测定,相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.7%~4.3%之间。
A new triazene reagent 5-hydroxy-2-sulfo-4'-nitrophenyl-diazoaminoazobenzene(HSDAAN) has been synthesized and the color reaction conditions of HSDAAN with nickel(Ⅱ) have been studied. In the buffer solution of Na2B4O7-NaOH at pH 10 and in the presence of TritonX-100, the color reagent reacts with nickel(Ⅱ) to form a red complex(2: 1). The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 528 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.52×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 -15μg/25 mL for nickel(Ⅱ). This method has been used for the determination of nickel in aluminum alloy samples with RSD of 2.7 %-4.3 % (n=5).
