摘要
文章详细介绍了全面风险管理的概念和内容,论述了建设项目实施全面风险管理的过程,分析了我国建设项目在实施全面风险管理中所面临的问题,最后提出了全面风险管理的实现途径。
In this paper, the concept and content of the total risk management are illustrated in detail. Process of the implementation of total risk management in the course of management of the construction project is discussed. Based on the analysis of the problems construction project facing, the main methods are proposed.
