摘要
研究了低压热等静田制备做细晶粒WC-Co硬质合金的方法。详细考察了其致密化机理。指出在低压热等静压过程中,大部分收缩发生在真空状态烧结阶段,热等静压阶段完成显微孔隙的消除,并讨论了卸压过程中出现的收缩现象。对比了真空烧结和低压热等静压微细晶粒WC-Co硬质合金的不同特点。
The densification mechanism of low- pressure HIP of submicron hardmetals was investigated in detail. It was shownthat the most of shrinkage appeared in the vacuum simtering and the left shirinkage emerged in the HIP. The shrinkage emerged in the reducing gas pressure process of the HIP was discussed,in particularly. The difference of the vacuum sinteringand the Low-presswre HIP of submicron hardmetals was also examined.
