摘要
高校就业指导的本质是一种促进大学生现实需要与长远需要的统一、达臻“和谐自我”,关注其终极追求———人的全面发展的教育实践活动,强调大学生现代就业意识价值,其实质是强调高校就业指导价值与人的价值的一致性,这是发挥高校就业指导功能的逻辑起点。
Based on the preliminary interpretation of its connotation, this Article reviews and identifies the contents and the status of modem employment consciousness of college students. It also regards that the essence of career adversary service for students of higher learning institutions is to reach unification of realistic needs and long- term needs of college students and facilitate them to reach ＂harmonious ego＂ and to pay attention to their ultimate pursuit an educational practical activity for all- round development of human beings, and stress the value of the employment consciousness of college students. The essential point of the research is to stress the consistency of the value of career adversary service of higher learning institutions and the value of human beings, which is the logical starting point of putting the functions of the career adversary service of higher learning institutions into full play.
