摘要
运用铸铁选材图进行计算,以求合理选择铸铁的牌号,确定其化学成分,保证整体铸件的组织和强度符合设计要求;进而推出在计算机上进行计算的数据处理程序,使量化选材方便且迅速。
A cast iron grade selection nomogram was used to do calculation with the purpose of reasonably selecting the cast iron grades,determining their compositions to guarantee the structure and strenghth of castings meeting the design requirements, and then a data-processing program for calculation on computer was deduced to make the quantized selection of cast iron grades easy and fast.
