摘要 用扫描电镜等方式检测金刚石镀膜的性能,并与天然金刚石的相关参数进行比较,阐明了金刚石涂层刀具的优异性能。通过对高硅铝合金零件的加工.表明金刚石涂层刀具在有色金属和非金属材料的切削加工中具有良好的使用前景。 In this paper, the high performance of diamond film coated tools were expounded by testing the property of diamond film coating with SEM and comparision with natural diamond. Through machining the high Si-alumunium alloy, it thewed that diamond film coated tools have broad prospects in the filed of machining nonferrousmetals and nonmetals.
