本文介绍了７０ｋＶ、３０ｋＷ电子束焊机电子枪电源──加速电源、灯丝电源、轰击电源和偏压电源的特点及其控制原理。
The power supplies of electron gun,filament,bias and magnetic focus of 70kV and 30kW EB welder were analyzed,and their control systems were introduced.
