摘要
由于程序升温对象在不同温区其数学模型不同,而传统的PID控制方法难以保证控制质量。为此,介绍了在可编程调节器(SLPC)构成的热电偶检定炉温度控制系统中采用智能PID控制的方法,其将批量PID控制方法应用于该系统,使得给定值不断大幅度变化的随动系统的控制做到快速无超调。实验结果表明,控制效果较以往同类系统有了很大的提高。
It is difficult to ensure control quality by using conventional PID control method due to the distinctness of the mathematic model of object with temperature programmer in different temperature reach. Therefore it is introduced that intelligent PID control method is adopted in temperature control system for thermocouple checkup stove using programmable adjuster (SLPC). When batch PID control method is used in this system, stochastic system is apace controlled and is not overstepped although SV is changed greatly and continually. It is shown that control effect is heightened greatly more than past similar system in experiment result.
