摘要
利用Pro/E软件对无体钵制钵机的制钵机构进行了实体建模,并以其机构部件的实际连接为基础,对其进行装配。在设置了机构连接方式和运动方式的前提下,利用Pro/E的Mechanism模块对切钵刀和预压板工作过程中的位置、速度和加速度进行了仿真,进而分析了制钵机构工作过程中的运动特点,为机构参数优化提供了参考。
Three-dimensional models were established with software Pro/E for pot-making mechanism of soil-blocker machine, and based on the real connection of machine parts the mechanism was assembled. After setting connection mode and movement mode, the working procedure indicated with position, velocity and acceleration of pot-making knife and advanced soil press board were simulated with MECHANISM module of software Pro/E. Working characteristics of the mechanism was analyzed, which provided reference for optimization of machine parameters.
