摘要
介绍了一种强度补偿型光纤位移传感器。该传感系统通过两路接收光纤来实现光强补偿。对其进行理论分析和实验,结果表明:该传感系统可以有效地消除因光源发光功率波动、光纤损耗变化以及环境光干扰等因素对测量结果的影响。
A reflective fiber-optic displacement sensor with intensity compensation is introduced. The sensor can perform automatic compensation by two receiving optical fibers. The theoretic analysis and results of experiment show that this sensor can effectively eliminate influence to measuring result caused by power fluctuation, fiber-optical loss and interfere of environmental light.
