摘要
通过对市场经济规律和特性的分析,揭示了市场意识与住区文化的关系,总结了住区文化的本土性、传承性、融合性、时代性、滞缓性等基本特征。应用人的需求层级理论和市场调研方法,剖析了影响住区文化表现的主要因素及其关系,研究表明:居住环境、户型设计、规划形态、建筑风格等作为物质形态对住区文化环境有着决定性作用。结合环境学理论和艺术设计原理,并通过实例从模仿与再现、传承与保留、描述与意象、积淀与创新等方面,提出了营造住区文化环境的方法和途径,最后强调了在多元文化的背景下市场意识对塑造住区文化的意义。
Through analyzing the market economy rule and the characteristics, the relat,on between market consciousness and residential culture was promulgated, the basic characteristics of residential culture, such as local, inheritance, integration, times, lassitude and so on were summarized. By using human's demand level theory and the market investigation study method, authors analyzed the primary factor which affected the residential culture performance and the relations of them. The research indicates the residential environment, household design, plan shape, building style and so on as the material shape have the decisive function to the residential culture. Then, by combing ecology theory and art principle of design, and through the example from the imitation and reappearance, inheritance and retention, description and image, accumulation and innovation and so on, authors proposed the method and the way of how to built the residential culture environment. Finally, the significance of market consciousness to modelling residential culture under the multicultural background was emphasized.
