摘要
提出了应用正交车铣技术改造CE7132A型仿形车床的办法和措施。提出了利用液压马达作为正交车铣的铣削头的原动力,并确定采用内联原动机的方案。在改造后的仿形车铣机床上进行了正交车铣高强度钢的切削实验,证明可以获得很好的已加工表面质量。
The means of rebuilding the profile lathe CET132A based on the technology of orthogonal turn -milling has been put forward. The plan of using hydraulic motor as the drive of milling and adopting inner original motivator is proposed. A series of experiments have been done using the rebuilt profile lathe, and then good machined surface quality has been obtained.
