介绍了PET瓶装饮料热灌装技术的定义及费用,对包装材料的两种消毒方法进行了比较,实践证明,在低速中温热灌装生产线中,空瓶消毒宜选择消毒液灌注法,消毒剂选择NAS-800、NAS-802;在中高速中温热灌装生产线中,空瓶消毒宜选择消毒液喷冲法,消毒剂选择NAS-801、NAS-802。
The definition and expense of the hot-filling technology for beverages in PET bottles are introduced and two methods of sterilizing packaging materials compared. The results indicate that for the low-speed medium-temperature hot-filling line the method of filling sterilization liquid is suitable for the sterilization of empty bottles and NAS 800/802 should be selected as sterilizing agents, and that for the medium-high-speed medium-temperature hot-filling line the method of spraying sterilization liquid is suitable for the sterilization of empty bottles and NAS 801/802 should be selected as sterilizing agents.
