摘要
中国是世界上自然灾害最为严重的国家之一,研究和建立我国的巨灾保险制度已迫在眉睫。我国存在保险意识薄弱、投保率低、保险公司又不承保巨灾风险等问题,借鉴海外经验,建立和完善我国巨灾保险制度。
China is one of the few countries in the world where the most serious natural disaster occurs. It is the extremely urgent to study and found the catastrophe issurance system in our country. Our country has the insurance consciousness weakly,the insurance rate is low,and the insurance company doesn＇t insure the catastrophe. Use overseas experience for reference, set up and improve the catastrophe insurance system of our country.
